Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Full-time & Part-timeSupport residents with daily living, community outings, and personal goals in a family-style home. The heart of everything we do.
Caregiver / Habilitation Provider
Full-time & Part-timeProvide habilitation, personal care, and skill-building support per each resident's Person Centered Service Plan (PCSP).
House Manager
Full-timeLead a single residence: staff scheduling, documentation, family communication, and day-to-day quality of care.
Awake Overnight Staff
Overnight shiftProvide a safe, calm presence overnight — monitoring, light tasks, and being ready to assist whenever needed.
A Day in the Life
What a typical shift looks like.
No two days are the same, but most shifts blend caregiving, mentoring, and just being present. You'll build real relationships with residents — and that's the best part.
Personal care & medication support
Help residents with morning routines, hygiene, and scheduled medications.
Skill-building & goal work
Practice life skills — cooking, cleaning, budgeting, social skills — toward PCSP goals.
Community outings
Trips to the park, grocery store, medical appointments, and fun activities.
Documentation & handoffs
Clear shift notes so the next caregiver picks up exactly where you left off.
Requirements
What we look for.
We'll train the right person. The most important qualifications are character and commitment.
- 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid Arizona driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a DPS fingerprint clearance and background check
- CPR / First Aid certification (we can help you obtain it)
- Article 9, Prevention & Support, and DCW training (provided)
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support others
